Getting started

  • We build and run short-form creator campaigns for online stores, end to end. We write the brief, match your products to creators in our verified network, produce and edit the videos, get them posted across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, and report on what shipped.

  • Between 24 and 72 hours from the call, once we have your product, your goals and your brand guidelines.

  • The outcome that matters to you, your brand guidelines including anything we must never say, and product samples or your existing product footage.

  • For most categories yes, and we handle the logistics end to end. If you sell digital products or software, creators work from screen recordings and demo access instead.

  • No. Reach comes from a network of independent creator accounts, not from your store's own follower count.

Pricing and the guarantee

  • On a CPM basis, priced per 1,000 verified views. Pricing is custom and scoped to your campaign, and you see the rate and the guaranteed volume in the same document before you commit.

  • Because a video is not the outcome you are buying. Pricing against delivered views puts our incentive on the same side as yours.

  • Whatever is written into your campaign agreement: usually a view count, a number of finished videos, a number of uploads, or a combination, with the window it is measured over and the accounts it is measured on.

  • The remedy is agreed in writing before production starts and is written into the same document as the target, so nobody negotiates it under pressure after the fact.

  • No. The guarantee is a floor on views, not a ceiling, and every sale the content drives is yours with no success fee and no revenue share.

Content and ownership

  • You do. Once the campaign is paid for, the rights in the finished videos are assigned to you fully and irrevocably, with no licence window and no renewal fee.

  • Yes. Paid usage sits inside the same assignment. Creator-linked formats such as TikTok Spark Ads or Meta Partnership Ads need the creator authorisation arranged at brief stage.

  • Yes. Product detail pages, collection pages, email, SMS, retail screens and marketplace listings are all covered by the same assignment.

  • Unboxings, honest first impressions, problem to solution demos and before and afters. Most sit between 12 and 35 seconds with the hook landing in the first one to two seconds, and captions are on by default.

  • Every creator works from your brief, including the list of things we must never say and any claims your category cannot legally make. Our team reviews every video before it goes live.

Results and reporting

  • Real. Every view comes from a real creator audience and is tracked on a live dashboard. We run bot detection across the network. Verified views only.

  • With a live dashboard tracking views, likes, comments and shares in real time, plus regular written reporting through the campaign.

  • We hand you tracked links and discount codes per creator so your own analytics attribute the traffic. Platform-side attribution is never perfect, so we report what we control and let your store data close the loop.

  • Attention is what we control. Whether it converts depends on your offer, your pricing, your product page and your shipping promise, and we say so before you sign rather than after.

  • No. Nobody controls which video a platform decides to push. We guarantee real distribution at the volume agreed, on real creator accounts, with verified views only.

Working with us

  • TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, usually at the same time.

  • Beauty and skincare, health and supplements, fashion and accessories, home and kitchen, pet, fitness gear and consumer electronics, as well as DTC subscription brands.

  • No. We write every brief, run the schedules, handle shipping to creators and take care of all creator communication.

  • No. Influencer marketing buys a handful of posts from a few large accounts. This puts your product across a large number of creator accounts at once.
